However, Badagry is not the place you know. We are talking of six (6) standard plots for #12million with C of O. You can not get this size of land from omoonile. Avoid unnecessary lost of your hard earned money. If you look for cheap land, you may be scam Big time.
Good things are not cheap but affordable. How much was land at Lekki, ibeju Lekki and epe environment last 10years?
Remember, appreciation of assets is regardless of location.
We are looking for serious investors that can buy acres and preferable minimum of 5.
