Just one threat of litigation over libel and Bishop's name has been dropped from the Ozubulu Massacre saga.


This is very unfair if Bishop (Aloysius Ikegwuonu) is not amongst those being tried.

A suspect identified as Chinedu Akpunonu a.k.a Obrocho was today charged at the Ozubulu magistrate court in Anambra state for the killing of 13 people at St Philip Catholic church, Ozubulu on August 6, 2017. Chinedu was arraigned along with another suspect, Mr Onyebuchi Mbanefo popularly known as Dogy Dog (pictured in handcuffs).

According to reports, the suspects were referred to Nnewi prison till 26th of February 2018 when they will appear again in the court of law.

The two are prime suspects for the Ozubulu Church Massacre.

About 13 persons were killed and 22 more injured when armed men stormed the church and opened fire on the members with their target being Aloysius Ikegwuonu a.k.a Bishop.

According to eyewitness, the armed men were in search of their target 'Bishop' in the church and when they did not find him, they opened fire on innocent members including Cyprian Ikegwuonu, his father who also died in the attack.

The ones you are seeing are innocent people accused wrongly or paid, to create an impression the government is doing something about it. At the end, the case will linger till it dies finally.

Ask yourself, when last did you hear about the case and how come all of a sudden, it just came out from no were just days to election?

How come we did not hear, when these criminals were arrested.

Who arrested them? Was it DSS, POLICE, or ARMY? Am sure the government would have celebrated it like they did with Evans.

They accused Bishop but Bishop have on several occasions visited Ozubulu and even the victims, how come they did not arrest him?

One thing is sure, the killers are not Igbos and the security agencies should tell us the killers because they knew before it happened. It was a state sponsored terrorism against it citizens to cow them into submission. If not, how did they conclude an investigation on it within 2hrs after the massacre

Obaino is busy protecting Bishop who's the cause of it all. Any investigation or court action that doesn't involve Bishop is a waste and he should tell Anambrarians how many lives he wasted in SA cos of the same case.
