Now Obiano is against us and his closest rival is from APC... Apc is also against us. We in IPOB are aware that Chidioka don't support Biafra. He only wanted to ride on our back to victory. We can't be fooled again. We saw how Obiano during his first Campaign,used Ojukwu's name and Igbo party to campaign but later turned against us.

Our goal was to make a symbolic statement with this election and NOT to remove Obiano. If our aim was to remove Obiano, very simple... We would have supported one of his rivals and campaign for the person with our Radio and TV. And even mobilized support for the person on the grass root with our numerous ipob units. Obiano would roundly be defeated. But that's not our objective.

Secession movements world over has different method of approach. It was not written anywhere that secessionist groups must participate in local election or form political parties.

IPOB chose total civil disobedience for a reason. The extreme high level corruption in Nigeria politics made it impossible us IPOB to partake. The difficulty in amending the constitution or carrying out any meaningful action in the National Assembly without the consent of the core north also made it impossible for us to participate.

Don't compare our case to Catalonia, Kurdistan or Scotland because they have different political climate and also they all have regional govts some are even semiautonomous regions.

Infact the fastest means to kill IPOB is to get her to join the extremely corrupt Nigerian politics

That election was the most peaceful and fairest election ever conducted in Anambra state. All thanks to IPOB miscreants, their electoral boycott made it possible because the number of Ipob miscreants/midgets that would have gone out to cause havoc and some other electoral violence at various polling unit yesterday were at home eating ofe nsale and observing sit-at-home order.
