A woman ended up with her head stuck between two bars while trying to climb over a barrier as she crossed a road.

And even more embarassingly for the woman, who has not been identified, the incident in Zhejiang, China, was caught on CCTV. Footage of the incident captures the almost impressive feat of athleticism. The woman somehow manages to flip over entirely, leaving her legs hanging in the air and her head lodged in between the bars.

Passers by reportedly tried to help the woman out of the compromising position, but were unable to do so. Firefighters were eventually called and used large hydraulic tools to free the woman.

The rescuers expanded the gap between the metal bars until it was wide enough for her head to slip through. The woman suffered minor scratches but escaped serious injury.
