Do You Think INEC Did The Best Thing By Adhering To Card Reader Technology.? by tk4rd: 12:58pm On Nov 19, 2017
The adherence to the Card-Reader technology in Anambra Election had lead to the cancellation of a lot of polling units which didn't use the card-readers, or whose card-reader values are in conflict with the recorded values and thus interpreted as "Over-Voting"..
Do you think this is the best decision by INEC.??
Should the Card-Reader technology be strictly adhered to in the 2019 General Elections.??
Should the Units that didn't adhere to the Card-Reader technology be outrightly cancelled, the way they were done in the Anambra Elections.??
