I have seen this advert in more than 5 threads. However, it seems it is not a clean deal. No pictures, you are to pay 10% and other terms after 1m according to the advertiser. What are the other terms. Why is the picture not included and what are the other terms that can not be discussed or talked about openly here? Just my observation!

You are good at criticism. ..you have a negative mindset,you need to change and learn to see the good things in others,you should have just ask and i will tell you in details....i will tutor you ..just my opinion. ..other terms that need settling are the community head where the property his situated he will testify to the sales of the property and sign and give him a certian amount of money...the lawyer will testify and sign and give him also a certain amount of money...the person that the owner of the property bought it from will witness,testify and sign he also get a certain amount of money....that is respect for culture,transparency,diligence,law and a well secured property for the buyer....if you have been seeing the Ad in different thread its becos its yet to be sold....still available for sale...you will keep seeing it until it is sold...thank you
