Its no longer news that the Federal Govt of Nigeria under the leadership of President Buhari has withdrawn the operational License of its joint venture partner Intels Nigeria citing non remittance of 100 percent income of the Joint Venture arrangement into the TSA in an operational agreement that had seen intels remit only govts 72 percent of collected income remitted into the TSA because in reality only govt funds belong in the TSA but the Buhari govt says Intels should instead remit all revenues 100 percent ( both FG share and Intels share ) into the TSA pool.

My question is very simple , If this is not a witch hunt why has the FG till date not mandated other joint venture partners like Chevron, Shell and Total to remit 100 percent of all oil mining revenues into the TSA or is it that some Joint Ventures are above the law the FG cites and some are not.
