Oga OP, Naija yaff been divided and everything in the south west belongs to yoruba if you people like, claim it's no mans land till christ come, e no concern us. We prolly didn't have interest in Kwara, maybe because it belongs to North central and Alimi Afonja or so lost his empire to the fulanis. They couldn't chase the yorubas out so they decide to live with them while they (the fulanis) rule over them. Just like the english couldn't chase away the french in seychelles.

In your sawdust brain now, emir is an hausa thing now. There is a difference between kwara and Ilorin there is no argument on who owns kwara rather on Ilorin that was conquered like Lagos. The only contention in Lagos is Idumota which was first occupied by Aworis before the binis
