Responsibilities

Work towards sales targets and sell client’s products and services such as telecommunications services, media content, etc.
On outbound projects, agents are required to perform cold-calls or contact potential customers who may have shown an interest in the product/service on offer.
With regards to the product/service on sale, answering customer's questions, as well as obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Providing quality customer service delivery on every call.

Requirements:
Covering of Languages - Hausa/English
o 100% English and Hausa Speaking
o Excellent communication skills
o Good diction
o Good telephony skills
o Positive attitude
o Good personality traits-friendly, good manners and exciting

Intermediate working proficiency with MS Office Apps
