Anybody who looks at this pic will tell you that Afonjas are genetically backward....building houses like mad people; no road, no drainage, no sewer, no water connection, e.t.c. SMH 22 Likes 3 Shares

liberalsinnerx: Those old ancestral houses were well mapped and built than the shit your village folks built as modern houses. It shows Yorubas were civilised several centuries ago whereas your village ancestors were living in huts and thatch houses or where did the British claimed to have found the Ibos then? On the tress! Funny enough, your new modern houses still look ugly and scattered compared to our ancestors' houses! 4 Likes 1 Share |

Ttipsy: Why quoting me, not the other guy? I only made an observation which is the truth because I have come to know any Ibo locations based on the house setting and designs, even without anyone telling me the name of the location. They always love to build scattered cone houses with a straight wall buildings. Don't you think that kind of building isn't pretty to the eyes? 2 Likes |

PenlsCaP: I can bet that's an Ibo man's house. Anyway, the point is those kind of houses are ugly to my eyes and I often find them in the SE and who told I haven't been to the SE before? Check these houses below and tell me if you don't like them better? At least make the cone roof a bit flat if you must build with a cone roof. |
