Each state has a slot. You cannot appoint someone from a different state to fill the allotted slot of a state he's not from.

APC are planting 2019 elections riggers.


These RECs are the problems of bad and all sorts of incompetents politicians and corrupt people controlling government.

Their interests are to impress the politicians in power, with expectations for rewards with juicy positions after the elections for their selfish purposes. Depriving citizens of right person. The result is bad governance and underdevelopment because of the selfishness of these corrupt INEC officials.

They should be transfer like how security agencies are being transferring to where they don't know and nobody knows them.
