Man nabbed with seven human heads.
A 25-year-old ritualist, identified simply as Olayinka, caught with seven human skulls was paraded yesterday by the Kwara State Police Command, in Ilorin.

The Commissioner of Police, Kwara State command, Lawan Ado, said, “Upon credible intelligence gathering by the command’s eagle eyed operatives, along Ajase-Ipo road, on November 21 at about 5 am one Olayinka and Tunde a. k. a Bante now at large, were seen with a bag, While Olayinka was arrested Tunde took to his heels.”

Ado said seven human heads were found in the bag after a search.

Confessing to the crime, the suspect said he exhumed the heads at Muslim cemetery, Igbo Owu, in company of his friend, Bante, who took him to the cemetry.

He said he was an herbalist and intended to use the heads for ritual purposes.

The Police boss, however, said the fleeing suspect would apprehended, adding that the suspects would be arraigned soon.
