I was travelling and sitting on the front seat of a commercial bus when a FRSC officer stopped us and notice disparity in the Manifest. He ask one of his guys to enter the front sit to drive us to station. I told him I can not sit at the back, so his boy should move to the back. He then told me its 'their rule' for him to sit in the front. Please is anybody aware of such a rule?? |
