The Secretary to the State Government, Professor Solo Chukwulobelu says Governor Willie Obiano's resounding victory in the just concluded

Anambra State governorship election, is not only for APGA and Ndi Anambra, but Ndigbo in general.

Professor Chukwulobelu disclosed this at Umuahia, Abia State, during a victory rally in honour of Governor Obiano and his Deputy, Dr. Nkem Okeke organized by the members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Abia State chapter.

According to Professor Chukwulobelu, the massive support given to Governor Obiano and APGA which leads to the landslide victory, was a prove that Ndi Anambra are determined to sustain the good governance in the state as well as the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA as Igbo identity.

Professor Chukwulobelu appealed to Ndi Abia to toe the path of Anambra electorate by voting enmass for the party during the 2019 general elections.
Also speaking, a former APGA governorship candidate in Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, while congratulating Governor Obiano on his victory said that the impressive development brought by the APGA government in Anambra state under Governor Obiano will motivate the people of Abia State to vote for the party in 2019 general elections.
For the Abia state chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Reverend Augustine Ehiemeli, members of the party in the State should shun acts that can disorganize the party.
Highlight of the event was the acceptance of over two hundred members of the Peoples Democratic Party, into the APGA family.
