Hello nairalanders, i just wanted to know if paying tithe as an unrepentant sinner is useful or if God would bless me regardless of my sins because i pay tithe. |

omotoyossi:The "weightier" things like Jesus stated in Matthew 23:23 is in this case you SALVATION. Seek the kingdom of God FIRST. Tithing is weighty (important), but your SALVATION is weightier (more important). God won't accept whatever you offer him if you are not born again. |

MhizzAJ:If you don't know her pastor then you are guilty of presumption. Don't generalize things as these. There are many unknown yet sincere and commited pastors out there who care about their members eternity. I have seen them. |

MhizzAJ:you have stained the church with a little dirt committed by a sinner , you have divert the weightier matter of the law (salvation) and have show more emphasis on tithe. what 90% cannot solved ,can 10% solved it? tithings is a personal decision,it does not affect your salvation ,it show the evidence of a saving faith just because your pastor is unfaithful to God words,dose not mean all pastor are like that 1 Like |
