 MAKE X IN EQN1 THE SUBJECT OF THE FORMULA
 X = 1 - Y/2 --- EQN3

 1/2((2 + Y)/2) + Y/3 = 17/6
 (6 + 3Y + 4Y)/12 = 17/6
 36 + 18Y + 24Y = 204
