The Group managing director of NNPC, Maikanti Baru, yesterday awarded a postgraduate to Ph.D level scholarship to 23 year old Al-amin Bugaje who graduated from the department of Electrical Electronics, Ahmed Bello University. Bugaje was announced the best graduating student of the school during its 40th convocation ceremony which was attended by the NNPC boss, Maikanti Baru.

Bugaje graduated with a 4.93 CGPA. Congrats to him!

with respect to NNPC GM, i beleive dis is part of the stunt nepotism most southerners are complaining about. year in and out, academic records ar broken and nw academic feats ar achieved by nigerian students in southern unis. i believe packages like dis shud b made available for all unis so as ti encourage 9ja students to strive to b d best for a great nigeria.

The lady who came out the best graduating student from the university of Ilorin had to go to twitter to ask for help while this northerner is given automatic scholarship
