We hiring into the following positions.

1. Operations Manager.
Candidate would
• Be the face of the organization and represent it in all external matters
• Be responsible for coordination of Organization’s training program and seminars
• Liaise with the organization’s partners and local coordinators for the smooth running of the organization.
• Expand the organizations influence and established its goals
Candidate must be a female not older than 33 years, should have a minimum of a B.Sc (or its equivalent), must possess good leadership skills and be able to manage people across various discipline and cultures, must have excellent communication skills, must be self driven and able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision and must be passionate about influencing society positively.

2. Admin Manager

Candidate would
• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Oversea the activities of the staff, conduct performance evaluations, handle disciplinary actions and process payroll
• Be responsible for training and mentorship of staff to enable them function effective
• Provide financial oversight for the organization ensuring strict compliance with the relevant financial standards.
• Work with operation manager to ensure that financial expectation of the organization are meet and exceeded
Candidate must be a female not older than 33 years, should have minimum of a B.Sc (or its equivalent) in Business Administration or accounting with minimum of 2 years working experience, candidate should be attentive to details and have excellent leaders skills, excellent administrative skills, be self driven and be able to work with minimal supervision.

3. IT support Manager

Candidate would be responsible for
• Managing and maintaining our Web portals and servers
• Developing IT solutions that increase effectiveness of the organization.

Candidate should have minimum of a B.Sc (or its equivalent) with minimum of 2 years working experience with excellent knowledge of php and mysql. Candidate should be able to work effectively under pressure, have excellent leadership skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Application for Interns in the follow positions is required
1. Social Media Officers who would be responsible for managing all social media and digital marketing channels of the organization
2. Graphics Designer who would be responsible for creating engaging graphic designs and presentation

Candidate should be creative and possess excellent communication skills, must be self driven and able to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision, and must be passionate about influencing society positively.
