The MOHAMMED VI landing point named after the King of Morocco was inaugurated by His Majesty Mohammed VI in the presence of Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara, this Monday, November 27, 2017, in Locodjro in the commune of Attécoubé.

With a total cost of approximately 3 billion CFA francs, the Locodjro landing stage is a gift from His Majesty Mohammed VI to the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. It is part of bilateral relations between the two countries. The construction of this building aims to contribute to the increase of national fish production and aims to improve the living and working conditions of the community of artisan fishermen (fishermen, wholesalers, and processors).
