*What is expected of you*

*Provide professional guidance to clients as regards real estate.
*Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
*Educate clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal
requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal.
*Available for periodic site inspections within any of the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, Ogun, & Ibadan.
*Take clients for site inspection within the site locations in Nigeria. ( Free transport inspection would be provided)
*Follow up all necessary paperwork for clients
(contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc), after purchase of properties.
*Maintain and update listings of available properties from all our partner companies.
* *Advertisements* , employ all forms of marketing at your disposal (focusing on your strength), to reach out to potential clients, and sell to them.
*Update Knowledge about the Real estate markets and best practices. Participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
*Protect organization's value by keeping clients information confidential.

*Requirements*
*Any passed marketing experience (added advantage).
*Must be active on social media.
*24yrs of age & above. (Added advantage).
*Possess Entrepreneurial Spirit.
*Must be Open to Learning.
*Minimum OND/HND in any relevant field (would be an added advantage).
