A popularly known Niger-Delta former militant based in Bayelsa state , Chief Joshua Maciver, has married a second wife in a glamorous traditional engagement at Odi in Bayelsa state. Maciver who is also a former Local Goverment caretaker chairman at Southern-Ijaw Local government chose Miss Harriet Ididie, a former beauty queen as his new wife.

The event which featured some of the family relatives and notable dignitaries witnessed the absence of his first wife, Mrs. Gloria Maciver and her children. Reliable source had it that the wife was at their home all through the event. Most of the family members had declined to speak further on the money lavished wedding.
