It was a beautiful gathering put together to celebrate and honour Papa Dickson Adekunle Awode as he turned 80. The celebrant, no doubt, was full of joy and in high spirit as family, friends and acquaintances all dropped one thing or the other to rejoice with him.

The classy, well-attended and star studded soiree couldn’t have been more befitting as nothing was in short supply yesterday Sunday 3rd of December, 2017 at The Grandeur Place, Billingsway, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.

In appreciation of the all the good work of Papa, Engineer Dickson Awode, his son, CEO of Chemstar Manufacturing Company, makers of Finecoat and Shield Paints, Apostle Emmanuel Aderemi Awode spared no cost to give his loving and devoted father a birthday to remember.

It was indeed a day to remember as Papa Awode witnessed his children, grand-children and great-grand children celebrating a life of a patriarch who is blessed and favoured to have accomplished so much.
