I am not saying a northerner can't get vote from Northerners,but Atiku has failed northerners. He was one of the strongest VP since the advent of democracy in Nigeria,despite spending 8 years as VP; d road leading to Adamawa from Gombe has been in a dilapidated and deteriorating condition he couldn't do anything.Baba PMB is now fixing d road.Even in Adamawa,d road leading to Atiku's village is in a terrible condition.Atiku's only achievement as VP was privatization of some Government agencies to enrich himself and his cronies.

Well, i am now doing the classification because the people of the NW, middlebelt and NE are not the same people and do not always vote in similar patterns as history has shown.
It's just like someone generalizing that one candidate will win the entire South, when we all know that yorubas and Igbos do not always vote in similar patterns.

Yes, northwest has the highest votes, but a large chunk of these votes from Kaduna and Kano belong to people from the middlebelt and people with similar ideologies with the middlebelters like Southern Kaduna people for instance.

Atiku has great support in the NE and NC and not just among the igbos.
I for instance am from the NC and many of us rather vote Atiku than that your Buhari dullard who has nothing upstairs.

BUHARI won with 2.5 million then because he was up against a sitting president and we all know how difficult it is to defeat an incumbent president in Africa.

Now that Buhari is the president and that PDP and Atikuchukwu can not use the army,police,dss,inec etc to rig,the margin will be very huge this time around.

Atiku has always come third. In 1993 SDP's presidential convention in Jos, he came third behind Kingibe and Abiola. In 2007 presidential election, he again cane third with 2m+votes as against Buhari with 6m+votes and Yar'adua who had 24m+votes. Also, he was a distant third in the 2015 presidential nomination of APC where he queued behind Kwankwoso and Buhari. The third-man should be his second name in politics. Atiku does not have the followership that some ascribe to him. He is a lightweight
