2019 will be very tough for APC in the North-Central region because it is very obvious that they have failed to deliver their promise both at the state and national level. Not just failure now, but also disgrace. ..... From the distribution of wheelbarrows by the Benue state governor to the caricature of governance by the youthful governor of Kogi state whom many youths thought would be the face of quality leadership but were completely dissappointed.
