VACANCIES FOR SALES TRAINEES IN CONFECTIONERY BUSINESS (SOUTH WEST CANDIDATES)

Our company is a major confectionery processing factory with sights on a major expansion drive in 2018.

We seek to recruit smart, young and forward looking candidates residing in major towns of the South Western region for our Sales Trainee Programme (FSTP; 2018).

Interested applicants must show a demonstrable inclination to developing a career in Sales and Customer Support Administration. Please note that only two candidates per state capital and one candidate per major town will be selected.

This is an intensive six months training that is designed to transform the successful participant into highly enthusiastic, exceptionally driven and irrepressible Sales Professional. It involves monthly theoretical sessions and practical on-field experiencing.

Carefully delineated territories will be assigned and monitored for optimal coverage.

A monthly stipend will be paid during the duration of the training. A full complement of incentives (commissions and bonuses) will however be provided for all sales made during the training period.

On completion of the training they will be confirmed and designated as Business development Executives. All successful candidates will then be absorbed into the organisation with all entitlements concomitant with that level.

Only a specific and limited number of candidates will be selected for each phase of the programme. The January – June 2018 stint of this programme will commence on Thursday 11thJanuary 2018 and terminate on Thursday August 9th 2018.

This application is only open to Candidates residing within the South West region of Nigeria. Candidates from Kwara and Edo States may also be considered alongside the South West.
