Good answer. However, the without the word PH, something is missing. It is an important technical word that must not miss out. Moreover, being a steel factory, the water so treated is likely not for consumption but for safety of the environment when disposed. The water for treatment is likely the one that had passed through the system as a coolant which is often mixed with some chemicals to achieve purpose better.

TO POUR THE WELL CALCULATED TITRATED VOLUME OF CHLORINE INTO THE WATER RESERVOIR B4 ITS USE IN THE FACTORY �!

As a water treatment operator, your job start from intake of raw water either from the sea, boreholes, wells rivers etc to supply of pure water (treated) to the end user.
You are to monitor, regulate and maintain all the pumps, agitators, blowers and compressors used in the process.
You will know when to run 1,2,3,4,etc pumps depending on the plant demand.
The water from the raw source is sent to retainsion, withholding or raw water tanks, from here you flow it through series of filter to remove solid particles.
Depending on the PH of the water, you dose in acids bases to bring up/down the PH. Eg Hcl2 or NaoH .
Next you pump it into atmospheric tanks, to remove dissolved gasses,by passing it through the blowers.
Next you pump this water into coagulation tanks, where you dose in coagulant to settle the suspended particles in the water, so you can drain them off from the bottom of the tanks.
From here the water is pumped to the demineralization unit. The water flows through both anaion and cathion beds, where the ion exchange takes place.
At this stage the water is pure, meaning free of dissolved gasses, solid particles, PH Of 7,odourless etc.
In all that, the operator should be conversant with pump, blower, agitators and compressor operations.
You may not be an engineer to do this, but knowledge of chemical engineering will be an added advantage.
