General Manager
Job Responsibilities
-Provide legal guidance and prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases agreements
-Use varieties of marketing techniques to advertise, lease, buy and sell properties
-Get good properties deals and act as intermediator between sellers and buyers
-Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
-Act as a property manager and resolve any issues that arise with properties
-Monitor sales and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
-Administrative duties and any other duties deemed necessary
Required Skills
-Radical transparency and /or truthfulness
-Self-starter, problem solving, determination, patience and consistency
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to learn very fast and adapt to new sector of real estate
-Excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum Qualification
Ordinary National Diploma and above, preferably someone with a law degree
Minimum Experience
1 year
