I don't know of any woman out there that has got four bosoms(!),so we can't say it really qualifies to be called part-woman,part-fish the way it is. Let's just call it a sea-monster or a freak which it is.

Scientists have nothing to say because the so called creature doesn't exist, that is obviously some work of a make up artist, post the link to the source of the video or picture then we can start from there
