The Need For Bitter Leaf Consumption.
Bitter leaf is been used by many people as vegetables within the eastern nigeria while the western part of the country use bitter leaf as a medical leaf.

It has recorded that many young people in the world today hate the consumption of this medical leaf, many of them will rather go for ice cream, biscuites and sugary goods which is dangerous for human consumption.

Bitter leaf which is commonly known by scientists as amygdalina. Scientist have prove that the bitterness of the leaf is the main mechanism to tone the vital organs of the body, which include he liver and as well the kidney respectively.

The kidney is very important organ in the human body which base on the expel of toxic waste product out of the body as it is in the kidney the liver is also another important organ which weighs between 1 and 3kg in adult human and is the largest organ in the body.

The liver which the main objective is to secrete bile and also formation of glycogen. The bile which the liver secretes is the main thing that metabolize fat and protein we take in as food.

According to scientific explanation, the liver is easily affected by alcohol, refined foods or artificial foods like noodles, tomatoes and also sugar.

So to keep yourself healthy and to maintain a good kidney and liver condition you must always take bitter leaf not less than three to four times a week because is very useful in the care of kidney and the liver respectively.

As it is said bitter leaf is also called cure-all, because if the kidney and as well the liver are in a good state, than the entire body will be normal.
