1. Instrumentation Engineer

Key Responsibilities Areas ;
1. Must understand Pet Process plant Instrument equipment Calibration , Labratory equipment conductivity meter ,orific plate ,level gauge ,Calorimeter ,Ultrasonic ,spectrometer,visometer Electronic Weigh balance ,Differiential PT,
2. Must understand utility Instrument equipment annuation alarm HP/LP Air compressor ,RO plant , Nitrogen plant , HTM ,Gas Genset 1500 kw Synchronising philopshy plc ,
3.Good knowledge of DCS function ,PLC ,Soft starter , Variable frequency drive ABB , Thyristor drive ,
4. Trouble shooting instrument Inter tripping &Inter locking of process & utility equipment
5. Experience in ensuring equipment zero break down , corrective predictive & preventive maintenance ,Minimise down time .

Qualification, Experience & Industry Exposure
Qualification:
1. Minimum Professional Qualification- B Tech or B E or BSc ( Electronic & Instrumentation )
2. Desired Professional Qualification - B Tech Electrical & Instrumentation
3. 5 years experience & Industry Exposure


2. Instrumentation Technician


1. Relevant experience in Repairing Motor starter DOL , panel starter contactor ,termination motor heater ,LCS
2. Trouble shooting Air compressor , Nitrogen plant , LT switch Gear ,UPS ,Inter tripping &Inter locking soft starter
3. Able to attend electrical quipment break down , corrective predictive & Preventive maintenance for utlity .
4. Hands on workmen ship LV Electrical equipment able to motor dismantle bearing replacement & reassemble , Greasing ,
Understanding SLD from plant distrubtion feeder of PCC to PDB &MCC

QUALIFICATION

1. OND in Electrical electronics or Trade Test
