After giving huge chunk of budget to norther-controlled defence apparatus, they are still going to get $1B again. At the end of the day we see simple rifles and hilux.

I tire o. How can our army be using the same arms as the terrorist they are fighting. Why not get M16 or AK107 instead of Ak47, get the Javelin instead of RPG which the terrorists use.

Defence Ministry has its own budgetary allocation, why should $1b be withdrawn from the ECA to fight boko haram? This is the same governors' forum headed by Rotimi Amaechi that put pressure on President Goodluck Jonathan to share Excess Crude Account. But,the same lunatic Amaechi is accusing Goodluck Jonathan Of squandering the Excess Crude Account.Meanwhile,i don't believe this #380b will be used for fighting boko haram,it will be kept somewhere for 2019 election.

Don't understand why 36 governors would agree without the consent of the people. Poor move. ‎

And how this all fits with the National Assembly and extra budgetary appropriations. Is it even legal.
