Specification

 The core responsibility of the candidate upon entry to our fast paced organization is to make sure all buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work/live in them.
 The candidate will be responsible for preserving the good condition of all facilities at site.
 The ideal candidate must be well organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating cost.
 The goal is to ensure our facilities being managed is problem free and safe so residents can work/live under the best conditions.
 The successful candidate will supervise all site staff and external contractors.
 Ensure security of building by implementing various security measures as well as responding to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility.

Requirements

 Minimum of 2-3 years experience in facilities management.
 Excellent leadership/supervisory skill.
 Great organization and coordination ability.
 Team work and interpersonal skills.
 Good oral, written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficient in the use Microsoft Office packages especially MS Excel and MS Word.
 Analytical /Problem solving Skills.
 Ability to multi-task and work independently.
 Effective time management skills
