http://edition.cnn.com/video/#/video/international/2010/03/30/ia.black.gold.bk.a.cnn I just saw this on CNN of the soon to be oill revenues flowing from Ghana's newly found oil. The priduction should commence by the end of the year and Ghana should start generating oill revenues as such. Do you think this will actually benefit this nation borrowing a leaf from what Nigeria has experienced since the discovery of oil in the 1950's. This has brought us nothing but corrupt regime after corrupt regime and can be nailed down as the driving force in the problems Nigeria is facing today Do youthink Ghana are better equiped than Nigerians to actually utilize this resource for their greater good? |
