#SarakiConstituencyProjects: Things You Should Know

At last, the execution of the 2017 Constituency projects of the President of the Senate has commenced. The first of the MDAs that have started execution of the projects is the Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority (LNRBDA), a federal government parastatal with the Federal Ministry of Water Resources. The projects are Road Construction to control Erosion in some selected locations within the Kwara Central Senatorial District. Site clearing, Excavation for and construction of drainage system are parts of the executable items that are going on in the construction sites at the moment. The projects locations include:
1. Ajere - Abata Asunkere - Ode Okubiyi road, Ajikobi ward.
2. Sanni Okin - Ode Alalupupu road, Magajin Geri ward.
3. Surulere clinic (Balogun Hospital) road, Badari ward.
4. Isale Asa (Sabo Line) - Opo Malu road, balogun Fulani ward.
5. Baba Soja (Akerebiata) - Soibul Bayan - Okelele road, Ibagun ward.

Community committees have been constituted at different projects locations to do the usual execution monitoring and relate with the artisans from the communities who could be engaged by the contractors to be part of the execution processes.
