U can use online resources such that u'd be able to run php codes on ur phone but over d web. Pls Google php fiddle. |

You need a pc to learn php cos it is server side programming language. You will need to install a server first before you can run php which is very easy to do on pc. Also, most if these online resources will not display very well on small screen devices. |
