Verse 33 means Jesus told the Pharisees that he was God. He did not deny it.

What did Jesus say that made the Jews to conclude that he made himself God? The verses b4 the above scriptures reads:

The number of times Jesus said "I and my Father are one" is more than 38 times in the new testament.


The old testament that says " no man can see God", also tells us that Moses and few with him saw God. This you call contradiction but it is God the son .
