3.3.
3.3.1 Receive problem calls from the Company’s computer users
3.3.2 Receive problem calls from the Company’s Wide/Local Area Networks
3.3.3 Resolve the problem in a timely and professional manner
3.3.4 Complete all documentation as may be directed by the Company
3.3.5 Provision of 1st line support for (Client) Distribution Management Support (DMS)
3.3.6 Leading in the effective use of DMS solution, its associated hardware and giving advice on area of improvement.
3.3.7 Work with the DMS officials in providing help desk support to partners or distributor’s site and Client HQ offices.
3.3.8 Perform all other task that may be relevant to this services as directed by the company.
