I watched with dismay the ongoing construction of the biggest refinery in the world by DANGOTE GROUP as a mockery to the NIGER DELTA. The region is surrounded by sea and the Atlantic ocean as a good reason for this. But the govt has used insecurity as an issue not to invest in the region.
