Location – Lagos (Proximity to Apapa & Ikeja will be an added advantage)

Summary of Job Description

We have just created a new web app, an All - in - One SMEs Digital Toolkit that comes with Accounting System, Inventory & Ecommerce functionalities. Your role as a Technical Support is helping these SMEs to set up their account (i.e, the Front - End which is the Ecommerce site as well as the back office where you have the Accounting & Inventory system). This means you will have to be travelling a lot especially within Lagos to help set up these accounts and also to provide training (soft). You are also going to be providing remote training to SMEs aside Lagos. And sometimes, the role might require you to travel to other states with the Lead Trainer.
