My itel phone doesn't show contact, can't make calls. I know itel phone na plastic and screen before, so I wasn't expecting much, but at least I should be able to call which is the primary function of a phone, this is what I can't do now, and I have heard this same issue from more than 4 itel user. itel why?

Phone gurus and itel agents, pls what can I do? I don't av money to buy phone yet, what can I do to still be making call.

Thanks for ur response, but what is the assurance that it won't go back to this, after some times when I format it.
