I will like to know if Customs still issue original paper for vehicles older than 10years coming from Cotonou.

Lets assume a 1995 Camry is shipped to Cotonou port. What happens from there?

How can it be brought it without the car being seized?

More importantly, is there a guarantee that the buyer in Naija will not be harassed by customs agents if he/she is driving around Lagos.

What are the typical fees involved in bringing in such cars? (Clearing from Port, Crossing to Lagos---safely wink )

Thanks. Will love to know.
