And who told you all of those projects will be implemented/executed??

They are mostly 'miscellaneous'. . .amidst of excesses.

Nothing to worry about.

Expectedly,Some Pigs will hurriedly suspend their brain and shamelessly bare their ignorant self without adequate knowledge about the subject of discourse.

The same office of NSA has a budget of 1.4 billionssss for fumigation and 2.21 billion for social media and someone DARES to criticize Dasuki?

Double standard.

Only GEJ looted Nigeria as APC seduced the citizens to believe.

They are "budgeting what they intend not to implement" Where goes the funds disbursed for these?

I thought u was the only one who found that very funny.

They wrote "Social Media Minning". It doesn't even make any sense. And look at the amount of money they want to invest in it..

Nigeria failed in 2015. We're only existing in the aftermath.

I did not insult you. Unless you're claiming to be a cretinous fucktaard! Maybe you should read that first post again.

Well, lemme ask you, all these suspicious items that were inserted in the budget, aren't they just plain avenue to loot and misappropriate funds?

And No , I wasn't brought up at the motor park. sad

Same way they won the 2015 election deploying bots, data mining and sock puppets.

The sock puppets are vast on Nairaland and Twitter.

God will continue to punish David Axelrod for his role in imposing the ex-military failure on us.
