Unidentified gunmen stormed the community last Saturday kidnapping the wife of Traditional ruler in Ayakoro Community of Ogbia Local Government Area Tina Inegbagha and Principal of the Government Craft Development Centre, Ayakoro, Mr. Egbele Jack, who hails from Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa state.

Kidnappers of the monarch’s wife have demanded a ransom of N100million to free her.

But a member of the victim’s family, Mr. Majesty, said in Yenagoa, Friday that the abductors contacted the family with the demand.

He said: “The paramaount ruler, who is my elder brother confirmed to me this morning that the kidnappers have called him and demanded for the sum of N100 million and it was a relief to the tension that has buit up since all these days.
