A liter of fuel is selling for 300 naira here in woji porthacourt just in from of the empty filling stations....question is..where do the black marketers get it from?

They are the ones causing chaos at the filling stations...they wake up as early as 4 a.m to buy from the station so they can mix wit other liquids and resell

From Thursday.. Signs of the fuel lines returning were sketchy.. Now it's back.. The fuel scarcity is back again..
