Bro! The things you just mentioned above are just the things to fix, that's why the pics show them the way it is. It was already serviced before being parked down by the owner. The AC is working, the engine is in very good condition, mechanically, the car is in great shape. As per the tires, it would definitely be pumped very well for inspection sake.
