Vacancy for the post of MARKETING OFFICERS in fast growing Real Estate Company in Lekki.
Job Level: experienced (non manager)
Salary Range: Salary + Attractive Commission
Specialization: Real Estate/Property Marketing
Available Slots: 4 (two). Preferably male and female.

Major Duties and Responsibilities are:
• Develop methods of sale including electronic presentation of company’s real estate products to prospecting clients.
• Arrange inspection of real estate products by prospecting clients.
• List details of company real estate products and make necessary information of same available to prospective clients.
• Routinely carry out Comparative Market Analysis and communicate outcomes of same to employer.
• Assess buyers’ needs and suggest fitting properties for their consideration.
• Advice prospects on merits of properties and terms of sale.
• Facilitate the documentation of closed deals.
• Ensure financial assurances and conclusions.
Requirements:
- B.Sc., HND/OND degree holder
- 1-2 years Working Experience
- Under 25 years of Age
- Good communication skill
