Overwhelmed by emotions, dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy shed tears during his epic performance at the 2017 Bhim Concert.

The multiple award-winning act, during the performance of ‘Mama’, a track dedicated to his late mother, which is on his latest album ‘Epistles of Mama’ [EOM], shed tears.

While it was not readily clear what might have caused Stonebwoy to shed tears, many believe it could be the close relationship he had with Madam Catherine Satekla who died in 2015, at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra.

That, however, did not hinder his impressive performance on the night at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) on Saturday.

He treated patrons to several of his smashes hit songs and some songs from the new double album which is made up of 12 Afrobeat tracks and 12 Reggae tracks.
Apart from Stonebwoy, the concert witnessed an amazing performance from Rocky Dawuni, Samini, Edem, Kumi Guitar, Obibini, Joyce Blessing, Becca, King Promise, Medikal and Kojo Funds.
