You refuse to impeach a president; fine.
It's a messy affair; too many problems with supporters and stakeholders and all the various cabals and king makers that got him there.
So it's quite alright.
But.
Your minister of petroleum resources is utterly incompetent and irresponsible, yet you and Dogara, leaders of the entire nation's legislative arm of government:
You lack the courage, willpower or simple sense of responsibility to demand his resignation?!
What kind of utter buffoonery is this?!?

Of what use are you if you remain silent during a national crisis? You want to come back from your vainglorious holiday to make a few silly little speeches about empathy and probity?
It's become clear that while the executive arm of government has lost it's will to live, you are- simply put- a waste of space. Whether the emasculation was carried out by others or, unwittingly, was self-inflicted: the loss of your manhood is wholly your concern. High time it stopped affecting 200 million people; we're well beyond accepting excuses for your impotence.

Let me be clear:
You've held on to the belief that mere platitudes and your reliance on divide-and-rule tactics will continue to serve you well.
But I make you a promise-
This current dispensation is the very last foray you both will have into the nation's political sphere.
You're doing a sterling job of showing us exactly what lame ducks look like; so the next leaders of the two houses will be chosen by the citizens of this nation.

And you both will drift into complete and utter obscurity.
This is a cast-iron guarantee.

So as we enter the campaign year, forget about any attempts at redeeming yourselves; put your affairs in order; ensure that any and all issues relating to mismanagement of the nation's resources by your persons or subordinates are properly resolved.
Otherwise, you will be hunted down and brought to justice.
And you can take that to the bank.
But I expect you to scoff at this unofficial 'sack letter'.
--------------------
To the constituents of these two men; and to those who may hold them in any regard, better give them notice- their time is up.

@bukolasaraki @dogara
What do you have to say about the persistent ineptitude of the executive in a simple case of making appointments?
Your petrol scarcity panel will sit when everyone is back to work.
Meaning you've been on holiday throughout the scarcity, without deeming Nigeria's citizens- YOUR EMPLOYERS- worthy of your presence.
Thank you for further confirming my previous assertions.
When we turn deaf ears to your pleas, remember that you had ample opportunity to act.
But refused to.

did I warn you?
funny.
so now, you're under attack.
what will you do?
will you now do your job with diligence and fervor?
or continue to play politics?

worse awaits you.
