merry Christmas house. I have recently been chosen as the new leader of the drama group in church as the ex leader resigned for better things but every one has always complained about the assistant who lacks what it takes to manage the group.

The issue is that I am just a member not in the exco as such am suspecting rebellion. Secondly the group lacks discipline when you call for meetings people stroll in at will without any seriousness

my question is should I be assertive or not cos I don't want to lose the members
