This is a survey designed to know whether road users in Nigeria will approve of toll fees to be used if governments will allow private individuals/organizations to construct roads.

if there should be toll gates, it should be a short cut and there should be alternative routes.

it shouldn't be a road that you can't avoid and must pay to pass there just the way it's done in Nigeria.
